Do you want to invest in buy-to-let property but aren’t sure how to assess the deal properly?
Analysing a deal goes far beyond a Rightmove stalk and a look at the rental comparables. There’s a blueprint for success that we’ll walk you through in our latest Property Hub webinar.
You’ll learn:
And you’ll walk away with a load of free resources too – including a cashflow template that you can use yourself.
This webinar is for you if:
This is a live 45-minute webinar with our team. Not only will you learn all about how to assess buy-to-let deals, you’ll get chance to take part in a live Q&A. And you’ll be sent plenty of free resources after the session to continue your learning – winner!
Please note, these webinars are not recorded so don’t forget to add it to your calendar!
There’s a lot more to assessing a deal than scrolling through Rightmove and having a nosey at property prices. Spotting and bagging yourself an incredible deal goes way beyond that – and we’ll be revealing exactly how you can do this.
Not every deal is going to work for you and help you achieve your goals. Sometimes you will need to say 'no' to a deal, and we’ll explain how you know WHEN to say no to a deal and we'll share some of the deals we've rejected here at Property Hub!
And once we've covered all that, you'll get a post-webinar run-down of everything discussed, with details of which resources we recommend you read/watch/take action with next.
Is this a live webinar or a pre-record?
It’s a live webinar delivered by our team.
Is there a chance to ask questions?
Yes – the Q&A box function will be live and the team will answer as many questions as they can within the time they have. They can’t answer anything too specific which would require a conversation about individual circumstances though.
Do I need to prepare anything before the webinar?
No – just be prepared to soak in all the information you’re given. You’ll be sent a list of all the free resources we recommend via email after the webinar.
I’m trying to register but it says ‘registration closed’.
We’ve capped our webinars to give everyone chance to ask their questions. If you’re unable to book, this means that the webinar is at maximum capacity and you’ll need to choose a different date and time.
I’ve registered but can no longer attend.
When you register you’ll receive an email with your unique link on there. If you’re unable to attend, there’s a ‘cancel registration’ button at the bottom which will cancel your place and open it up to someone else.
I have specific questions I’d like to ask about my individual circumstances.
Unfortunately we’re unable to give individual advice to everyone on the webinar – as much as we’d like to. There are other ways you can ask questions: you can record a question for Ask Rob & Rob or you can ask away over on the Property Hub Forum.
It was really helpful and I liked the fact that content from Property Hub never includes hard up-sell. It genuinely seems there is no hidden agenda other than trying to help aspiring investors get on the road. I’ve enjoyed books from the two Robs and I’m so grateful for all the advice and info on your website and podcast.
