  1. many thanks james i agree option 1 will be tricky option 3 i mean to buy under joint name with my wife. than transfer it to wife via deed of trust to take advantage of her lower 20% tax affairs
  2. i would really appreciate advise from really nice and knowledgeable people out here in forum. i have steady self employed income of 50000 via NHS, i also have trading limited company which gives me and my wife income of 40000 looking to buy another BTL (1st one is jointly owned by us) i got 50000 towards deposit, options 1 buy property through existing trading company which have cash reserve of 50000 and trading income and accounts for 7 years - pros - one accountant, bank charges and easy to maintain. no need to move money aroun

  6. I also have a limited company SIC code is not for property related i read few articles which suggests that once u filed for tax that can add on new Codes to buy property have u found any thing more ?
