We were informed the contract was incorrect as the address was in fact wrong.   2. Hello everyone. I have a problem which I can't really solve and I would really appreciate a little help or advise. My parents live in a 3 bedroom semi detached ex council house in a small village in North Yorkshire. My mum suffers from Multiple Sclerosis and my dad is recovering from bowl cancer. They are both in their 70's and finding getting around their home increasingly difficult and painful.   3. Hello. As the title says I have found a property which matches my set criteria, but I am not sure what to do next. I would like to make contact with estate agent to try get a feel on how much interest has been shown in the place, but as I have not done this before I am not sure as to how blunt/up front with them I should be regarding my intentions.
