Hi nice to meet you all, I'm looking to get into btl but i cant seem to find a mortgage advisor who can give me interest only deals as an spv (limited company) here in Northern Ireland. Anyone know any different or could offer some advice? Id like to start locally if possible because i am more familiar. It just seems a bit strange they have no mortgages to limited companies here Many thanks Mel
