  1. Help required please. Just made my first purchase in Manchester in the Whalley Range area. I've bought a one bed flat which is a 1970's build purpose built apartment. I need a bit of work carried out on the place, nothing too substantial, but enough that I'd want someone / a team that know what they're doing. Main jobs are: - light fittings changing - walls lightly reskimmed / smoothed out where required - plasterboard some ceiling areas - new bathroom suite fitted and tiling Should be maximum 7-10 days labour at a push based on previous renovations

There are some Day 1 lenders out there, although it's questionable if they would accept my limited company / limited contracting status. Not sure where you are based, will you be attending a
  5. Morning, Need some help in understanding my financing options under my current circumstance. I purchased a property at auction on Wednesday and looking to complete the purchase via my limited company set up to purchase property. As with all auction properties, I have 28 days to complete the transaction. I'm now at 24 days and counting. Couple of notes: - This would be the first property purchased within my limited company. - For employment I am relatively new to contracting (6months working in a contract role) after taking a break from employment for
