It's all about working with an agency that does the correct due diligence. However, as the saying goes, "If something sounds too good to be true, it usually is". We no longer offer guaranteed yields on our properties and instead offer three independent letting valuations.

Hello Rick & Family, I'm the director of a property investment consultants on Chorley New Road (small world) We help people to invest in property safely and without any surprises that could cause problems further down the line.
