Hi all,
I'm currently letting out a house up north (Under a BTL mortgage) whilst I have been away for work for quite a while. I'm now in a position where I'm likely to return and ideally I would like to sell the current house and uprade to another as my primary residence during the stamp duty holiday.
My question is essentially, can I give my tenants 1 months notice to leave or do the new rules block me from doing so for the purpose of selling and require 6 months? I can't find specific information for my case.
