  2. Hello everyone, I'm currently just starting on my property investment journey and am looking for some advice please. The story so far . . . I currently own my own home (mortgaged) . . . . the LTV is currently 68% with 96k o/s on my existing mortgage. I currently have around 30k equity in my home.   3. Hi Everyone, I'm completely new to property and really hoping someone can give me some advice. Basically me and my sister are looking to go into property investment together, from the people we have spoken to they have said most people these days are setting themselves as a LTD company for Tax purposes. However no-one has given us any advice other than that and i'm wanting to know how i can work out if this is going to be the best route for us to go down. . . .   5. Hey everyone, I just wanted to touch base for a bit of advice really? Me and my sis have decided to take on a mentor, starting next week ( very excited ) to help us with the early stages of property investment. I’m going to set myself up as a Ltd company and I wanted to ask how easy it was? Is it best to just do an online one or is it best to set it up through a professional? Phil, thanks so much for your response and yes i love the PODCASTS, although being so new to all of this i've been concentrating on the free courses, i'd really like to get a good solid plan together and im finding so much info on here and property geek that is helping with that. I've just finished the 3 day "Legacy" course so my heads buzzing quite a bit right now. . . . Looking forward to attending one of the meetups next month :-)
