  1. Thanks for the advice Dino V. I am hoping to do the first few using my own money and let the work speaks for itself and bring in JV partners once I am more established. Hopefully 3 BTLs in a year is not too ambitious!
  2. Hi Katherine, Thank you for your kind words and taking the time to contribute. I am definitely thinking of doing both- half cash and half mortgage. I wanted to see what the norm is for new starters and what is the tried and tested method of growing as quickly and safely as I possibly can. Ideally, I would like to have 3 BTLs by the end of 2019. But taking the first step seem to be the hardest! Cheers again!
