Hi, I live in Brisbane in Australia. I've been to a few property Meetups here and there are some opportunities to invest with property developers. The deal's look like this: invest some money i.e. $100k and get $130k back after 6 months or a year. Has anyone else done this before? What are the main risks I should be looking out for and questions I should be asking developers? Thanks, Chris
