Currently stuck in a sticky situation with the tenant and the Covid-19 Rules which to my knowledge court action suspension is extended to 23rd Aug 2020.
- Tenant owes 2 months in rent arrears (Declines to pay and discuss)
- Causing Noise to the community (Breach of contract causing pregnant neighbor a lot of headache)
