Currently stuck in a sticky situation with the tenant and the Covid-19 Rules which to my knowledge court action suspension is extended to 23rd Aug 2020.
- Tenant owes 2 months in rent arrears (Declines to pay and discuss)
- Causing Noise to the community (Breach of contract causing pregnant neighbor a lot of headache)
I have attempted to communicate this the tenant and discuss the problems above, but feels she is protected by the COVID-19 policy by not paying. On top of this the noise complaint from their pregnant neighbor, she think it's acceptable to play loud music anytime ap
