age 72 at the time I joined the 'Hub forums'

50 years of active investing, started with my/our first rooming house/bed-sits at age 22. It was a terraced three storey 5 bedroom let on the upper two floors, rent paid weekly, we lived on the ground floor in our separate living space. onward & upwards to investing in discount second mortgages, fix & flip, multi-lets, duplex as well as other financial investments.
