  1. Hi Stuart! Thank you very much for your reply, really appreciated. We would then rely on my husband's job or I would consider getting another job on a side of my own business. Thanks again,
  2. Hi Everyone! I would like to know if there is any possibility of getting a mortgage without having a job. I'm an architect and have been made redundant last month. I have started to work as sole trader, but I can't predict how much I will earn for the rest of the year as yet. I have an emergency fund and an ISA, so I'm not worried by now. 5. Hi everybody! My husband and I are looking to start this year with a property to let. We've been reading a lot about it and listening to the podcast, but it's time to take action. We have a small savings pot of £20,000 but also count with extra money for fees etc. I think we could find out some property to start with with this budget. We currently live in London so we're thinking to invest somewhere else. Our first step would be to contact with some mortgage broker, any advice for mortgage brokers in London?
