    Hi, Has anyone had any experience or recommendations for a bank that will allow a new company account, which is owned by two companies. It is for a JV, we have set up a new Limited company for the project which is owned by two separate companies but struggling to find a bank account to support this structure.     I don’t suppose any one has a recommendation for a solicitor who deal with buying a buy to let/HMO through a company, in Liverpool? Have had a nightmare with previous solicitors. Thanks, Kate
