    3 bed Flat in Peckham, had since 2001 and a 4 Bed in Brixton which I bought in 2013.

    As I am new to this, dont think I can add any particular skills. Enthusiasm and the willingness to learn and create a healthy Portfolio.

    To add more properties over the next few years, ideally to rent out but maybe to refurbish and turn around if the right property comes along.
