  2. Hi all, I have been listening to the pod casts for about 2 weeks now, and already got through to number 60. I thought it was about time to say hello there. I am an IT contractor and realised time is going by quickly and I want to start making better financial decisions and invest in Property. With my wife's support we plan to start a company (already both higher tax payers) to start our new journey. I plan on long term investments, as i have 2 children and my son has additional needs and i want to make sure both are financially secure for their future as well as our own. I am

Hi all, just a quick question that came to mind in regards owning a property or renting: As a company director of a property investment company, could they rent to themselves a property from their portfolio? i understand the argument that owning a property and paying a mortgage isn’t seen as an asset. is this feasible? Also is it legal?
  4. Hi, my wife and I are both higher tax payers (IT contractor and Locum Doctor), and we are looking at putting money into property investment. Is it worth starting a limited company to do this, with the intention of only putting money in as our monthly personal income is enough. As We don’t plan to take money out Of the investment Company and only use it to invest further. thanks for your help
