  1. Hi Guys, I am looking at purchasing my first HMO and am a bit unclear on the guidelines. I have spoken to the representative from the Sedgemore council in that area and has been fairly "grey" with the response. The guidelines have stated the kitchen size for 4 occupants must be 6m2; however i have a kitchen of 5.78m2. I asked if it was as black and white as that because it is less than 6m2 and received the below response. Hey, I've recently had planning permission approved for a one bed bungalow at the foot of my garden at the end of a separate rank of terraced houses. its all pretty new to me and was just wondering what the average costings would be to have Electricity, gas, water and telco; the man hole drainage for for the street is actually in my garden, however wondered what the average (i know really difficult but it shouldnt be very far away from the connection points) cost would be? property is based in bristol Any advice would be greatly appreciated Thanks in advance Joel
  3. Hi Guys, Just completing on a property which i plan to rent out on a room basis. When the propert had its rewire it appears it was routed through plastic conduit on top the render appose to being traced into the wall. Is this safe and legal or will i need to have this all rewired again correctly? Thanks in advance J

Hi guys, desperately need some advice regarding a title split on the land registry at my residential address where I have just had planning permission approved to build a bungalow at the foot of my garden. Finally ended a week-long battle with Santander, our current mortgage provider (our promotion fixed rate period ends next month) . They will not release the plot of land or grant permission for the title split to take place. As they will not allow, this will result in us not being able to source a mortgage after the title split has happene

  8. Hi all, I am looking at getting my first buy to let property in the liverpool area for my newly formed LTD company.   10. Hi All, Recently had planning permission approved to build a bungalow at the foot of my primary residence garden in replacement of the double garage. I have just formed a new LTD company and am using this to now start my property investment portfolio. I have been trying to find a way on how to transfer the plot of land with the planning permission into the newly formed company but cant seem to find the process on how to do so?
