I have previously done a couple of deals in Spain and Eastern Europe and now would like to focus on the UK market.
I am a software developer turned into entrepreneur over the years.
I am looking for a long-term partner (with a track record, good references and with some cash to invest) in the Manchester area to join forces with.
I would like to start investing in the real estate market by acquiring houses in a poor condition, refurbishing them and then selling them as soon as possible. Rentals do not attract me.
