So I'm getting a nice little deposit together for my first buy to let, under a limited company - my plan will be to buy more houses when I come to remortgage them after adding value, keeping hold of them long term. On reflection this is going to take me years and years to build up a decent number of houses but I see people buy a btl property and start on the next.
I understand different strategies will allow you to do this but is it possible to speed up the process with a simple buy to let strategy?
