Hi @mrmonopoly, i know this post is years old. Did you have any joy in finding a company to provide finance to your SPV and limited company. It seems us folk in Northern Ireland are somewhat left behind the rest of the uk. Please let me know if you found a company and/or got a way around this. Cheers
