I purchased a 3 bed semi detached 10 months ago from auction for £120,000 in Hebden Bridge, I have fully refurbished the property inside and out on evenings and weekends fitting in around my job spending roughly 30k of my income from my job doing so. I put 12k down myself and borrowed 108k from a family member to buy in cash to speed things up as Covid had just hit. The family member has a great property portfolio and could see I had found a good property to invest in and new he would get his money back without problem, but i want to know my options.
