I was wondering if there are any landlords out there whose tenants do not use the garage and would be interested in selling it? Or even if you have a resi garage that you don’t use? If anyone has an advice on how this would work with solicitors, land registry, can you buy a leasehold garage etc it would be greatly appreciated Id be looking in the area on the attachment
