Hi all
I was served with a Section 21 notice in September (2020) after refusing an increase in rent.
My fixed term tenancy agreement has expired and we're currently on a rolling periodic tenancy.
I am currently serving the statutory six month notice period due to expire in March.
This week, my landlord sent me a 'Form 4' notice to increase rent (with rent to be increased from Dec 25 - nice touch).
Do I have to agree to this increase in rent while serving notice?
