Thank you for the prompt response Mark. That's annoying as means I will need to bide my time, wait and purchase my first proper residential property before I start BTL-ing. It will likely eat up the majority of my deposit as any residential will be bought in London.

Hi all, I am considering buying a BTL (my first property) in a LTD company. I wondered if this would mean I lose my FTB bonuses (i.e. no stamp duty)? Thanks!

Is there much benefit to be gained from a stamp duty reduction tho when most of the properties are ~£60k-80k?
