  1. Thanks for the reply. All pretty standard points when stacking a deal, and if you follow your points then you won't burn money just to gain assets. Am a poor northerner so I creatively find funds to scale my portfolio.
  2. I have managed to go from one house to seven within the space of 2 years, starting with Zero experience and training. I didn't think it was possible until i challenged myself and set SMART goals. I still have had no formal training only whats out there for free and reading books. Actions speak louder that training!! I want to help fellow investors with free personal advice about investing and managing property in Liverpool.   3. Have you knocked on the door? Have you asked other neighbors if they know the owner? put up a for sale sign out side with you number, they will soon call you!! lol

If you are a remote investor who have investments in Liverpool i would love to know how you manage your properties. i.e. via an agent and there % fees they charge, as well as the service they offer you. I only ask because i am setting up a bespoke property management package for active and serious investors so just information gathering. Cheers All, Mick.
  5. you will find it hard to manage, is it worth your time? i am a landlord, investor and i manage property only for serious investors.   9. Hello everyone, I have posted on here a few time with the aim to grow my network and share knowledge. Over the past year you wouldn’t believe the people I have met and the knowledge gained just by networking openly with like minded people. I see a lot of established investors out there selling courses that offer content that could easily be gained by having a good solid network of investors. Would love to know your thoughts? One thing that course does offer is motivation and accountability, but I feel this is time bound to the length of the course. Where as your network is constantly there to draw on whenever you need it, for free! You can tell from the above my bias is not towards specific property investor courses, or masterminds as they call them. I would actively share what I have learnt for free to anyone, because I believe that everyone has something of values to offer no matter what stage their at. Be wary, in a hot market like we are in now, of the increased number of courses that are on offer. Best of luck with it all, Michael.
