Hi all, I am currently opening a brand new lettings agency in Brighton and I wanted to see what it really is that makes a good agent for you. Our goal is to provide the best service possible and value. What is it that has made you stay with you current agency, or leave one that wasn't up to par? Really appreciate any feedback. Soph
