  1. Hello there I used the google sheets and https://app.lendlord.io/dealAnalyzer to calculate ROI, all of them are coming up with negative equity. Where am I going wrong?   2. Has anyone bought off the plan property from Solomon Partners with 10 years of assured rental? I am in process of buying on in Newcastle city centre. Never bought anything outside London and never with the assured rental. Really appreciate any finer details or read between the lines.
