  2. Hello I am look for advice on mortgages which appears to be a fairly tricky area! I am looking to invest in a property through a limited company to run as a serviced apartment. Does anyone have any experience of this and willing to share their knowledge or recommend a broker for advice? I am wondering how possible it is going to be, being a new business; If there is a minimum they will lend; are lenders likely to do a portfolio loan. Any help would be gratefully appreciated!   3. Hello, I've found an apartment online that I'm interested in buying. It's cash only because it's a serviced apartment and as a result it would be sub-let the property and I wouldn't be able to get a mortgage (I'm renting out to a service company and they fill it). The yield is excellent for the area and the service charge is low. There are two downsides; 1 - The current agreement with the service company runs out in March so by the time I get it, the agreement will have run out. I'm trying to find out if they will renew and what th terms will be, but if if I get a verbal agreem

Hi Everyone, Relatively new to the investment field, however have been working in property for close to ten years in the serviced apartment and property finding field for corporate clientele relocating employees to the UK. Hoping to knowledge share with the skills I have developed in these areas and vice versa in the investment field.
