  1. Hi Everyone, Does anyone in the Glasgow area have any recommendations for FHL managers/cleaners? Thinking small, independent companies/individuals/teams that care and will engage promptly. Feel like I am losing a fair bit of control with current provider and with the level of saturation in the market and political uncertainty, I need a fresh approach! Feel free to message me with recommendations/thoughts. Kind regards Kirsteen
  2. Hello I am look for advice on mortgages which appears to be a fairly tricky area! I am looking to invest in a property through a limited company to run as a serviced apartment. Does anyone have any experience of this and willing to share their knowledge or recommend a broker for advice? Many thanks Cara

So, have you considered or tried out investing setting up a serviced apartment? What have been the major bonuses and downsides for you? We'd love to read your thoughts here. P.S - There's a little tease in there ref a Northern Summit (which I know will please a LOT of you!)
  5. Hi Everyone, Relatively new to the investment field, however have been working in property for close to ten years in the serviced apartment and property finding field for corporate clientele relocating employees to the UK. Hoping to knowledge share with the skills I have developed in these areas and vice versa in the investment field. One query I have is: I have been approached by a serviced apartment company in London who has a particular interest in Manchester for a mix of 20 plus, 1 - 2 bedroom properties within the same development. Their wish is to take this on a ten year
