Hi, I am almost towards my deposit goals to apply for a mortgage for a house. I would like to read /know the full terms and conditions before I apply for a mortgage, in England. Can anyone provide further details on this? Is there a sample/template/webpage which lists all the terms and conditions that must be included in the contract? Many thanks, Ije

Hi all, I have recently established a limited company and about to buy some BTL properties under this company. I have transferred some monies from my personal bank account into the company bank account. These monies are considered as Directors loans (from me to the company). my solicitor asked me to provide a directors loan agreement document and the board meeting minutes showing that the loan is accepted by the company. as I do not have an accountant right now, I will need to prepare them my self. Is there anyone who can help me find some templates for these please? Thanks Volkan

Fellow Hubbers, Does anyone have a template (in Word format that I can edit) that I can use to list the various documents I have handed over to my tenant at the start of the tenancy (EPC, Gas Safety Certificate, Prescribed Information, etc). The intention of course being to get them to sign this, acknowledging receipt in case I ever needed to prove this. I have found a template on the RLA website but it's in PDF form that I can't edit. Most grateful if anyone has one that they could share. Many thanks Marc

Good Evening I have an investor (well known to me) who has confirmed that they will provide financial backing for my planned property portfolio and investment strategy. They have even stated an interest in a possible long term JV. They have, understandably, asked for a detailed Business Plan from me before considering the opportunity any further. Does anyone have a specific Template for a Business Plan or previous example of a plan or even point me in the direction of some examples? Of course, there are many options to consider via an internet search, but the sites often, very quickly redirect or insist on sign up etc...and I may well have to go down this path. Most interested in your feedback. Gratefully David
