  1. Hi Everyone. Although many people are predicting a drop in house prices of around 14% after furlough and the stamp duty holiday ends. I dont think it will happen due to the low interest rates and crazy amount of stimulus the government has pumped into the economy. Does anyone think different? Will house prices drop at all? Or by a different amount? Would be great to open a discussion about this. Let me know what your think
  2. Hi, I've just re-listened to the Running The Numbers course and had a play round with the spread sheet. I'm down in Bouremouth - the ROIs on my hypotheticals (a flat, a typical 3 bed and an HMO) are coming out at -1.7 to 4.4 :/ Is it just too pricey down here to make 75% BTL mortgages work?

I am a first time buyer - and have my deposit and everything set up to purchase my first home - however I am concerned there will be a potential crash/drop in property value as article 50 (brexit) is due to be signed this spring. Should I hold fire and wait to see what will happen to prices and not rush to buy now? Personally it is a good time for me to buy now but I dont want to make a massive mistake as it has taken me a lifetime to earn my first deposit. Thanks all
  4. I am a part-time property investor who started 15-years ago and now owns seven investment properties, the most recent purchased in February 2015. I've been through a lot.
