Hello all! I am looking to start a property investment journey. I haven't bought any properties yet, and am busy learning about the strategies and practicalities still. At the moment I am leaning towards professional let's, managed by an agent. I would like to keep my investments in the UK but other than that I will be taking professional advice, and will likely use a property sourcer for the majority of my searching. Hello, I am a newbe to property investing . I have been inspired by the determination to generate a passive income and to put things in place for my family for the future (also so I can teach my kids what I learn along the way so they get the skills and don't develop the fear mindset of investing) I think I want to start with rental , possibly 1 bed flats to get me going.
