Hello, Does anyone have experience with buying property in Montenegro or Albania? My parents are looking at investing in a plot of land with a house somewhere in the nature. We would like to put let it out as holiday home, for the rest of the year when we are not there. I am concerned about how do foreigners purchase the property, is it safe, etc
