Hi All, great to be on board with you all. I am a property investor with about 25 years experience. Firstly we did up our own properties to live in x2 then progressed to buy to let. From here we moved to HMO's and we love flips - that is where our heart is. we spent a year in Italy doing up an old farmhouse that we ended up selling to do another and then another which is ongoing.
