Hey folks, I'm about to commence with a slight refurb project in my office. The floor is in dire need to get replaced, so I'll do just that. There's also going to be some repainting and decorating included in the project. We get about 100-150 customers per day walking around, so it should be something that can handle that. Hi People! First time posting on here so will tell you a bit about myself before I start firing questions! I've recently taken voluntary redundancy from my job and tagging that payout with some equity from a house sale in July last year, I have been left with a nice cash lump sum! However, without a job, no one will lend me any money so I've been toying with the idea of refurbing and flipping but the Birmingham market is pretty competitive! So, I've decided to get a job and I've applied for estate agency jobs so I can learn all about the industry and be a little more attractive to lenders on
