  3. Hi, we are trying to compare on-line agents like Howsy with local on the ground agents and the on-line ones seem to be so much cheaper. Has anyone got experience with on-line agents and if so are they good and also what about rent guarantee insurance, who is best for that please, thank you.

Hi everyone - my name is Caroline and I'm looking for some specific advice regarding property management companies in the Algarve in Portugal on behalf of my parents, specifically the area of Quinta do Lago/Vale do Lobo.
