Hi, I am a newbie looking into a couple of properties. I have an eye on a 5 bed HMO which has been offered with a 5 year lease with social housing and promises great net yield, no voids etc. My query is that how would I go about doing the due diligence on this? What are the different aspects that I need to be mindful of? Can I get finance for such a project if I have no previous experience?
