  1. Hi everyone, hope you're all well. Seeing as though the lockdown has started to ease and more viewings, surveys are starting to pick up pace I thought I'd post a few links to the former mill conversion properties that will be coming onto the market over the coming years. These apartments will help change the face of Stockport as a place to live and work, there has already been massive investment in the last couple of years with new infrastructure, leisure and living space and with lots more planned this is great place to look at for your long term investment plans https://www
  2. Hi everyone, My business partner and I are looking to buy and convert a house to a 5-bed HMO somewhere within an hour or so drive from NW London, where we live. We have £150k to invest in total on the property and refurb costs - so thinking £250k purchase price on a 25% mortgage and £60k for refurb. We both work full-time and so as this would be our first HMO (we both have experience with single lets), we would need some hand-holding, starting with a property sourcer. Does anyone have any good advice as to how go about finding a trustworthy sourcer? We are also open to de
  3. Hi All, I just wanted to introduce myself. My names Michael, I’ve been utilising theProperty Hub content for a few years now but admittedly I do not engage on the forum as much as I should! I operate a sourcing business in Edinburgh and the Lothians, helping source properties for investors that match their investment criteria. i do this through direct to vendor so focus on discounted (bmv) deals. Where a property requires refurbishment I am interested in Joint Venturing with investors with either an exit strategy of re-sale or Rent out. If any of the above is
  4. Hello all, My name's Omar. I'm based in the South West of London, and I have a buy-to-let portfolio with properties in the North West of the UK, as well as one property in Madrid, Spain. I'm looking forward to connecting with like minded people to share knowledge, information and tips about the property industry. So feel free to contact me directly if you'd like to chat.
  5. Im interested in finding a property sourcer/finder in East Kilbride, Scotland? We are a new LTD company purchasing BTL investments in the area. What are the finders fees?
  6. Hello, I’m based in the Middle East and looking for returns through development. Please get in touch if you have any projects that need funding. Particular interest in BRRR / HMOs or other development opportunities. regards, Harry
  7. Hi Everyone, I wanted to say hello to the online property community and introduce myself to the network. I am a recent graduate working in the west midlands area. I have a very keen interest in property and have been reading, listening and watching property related education over the last 12 months. I wish to begin my property portfolio by starting with a flip to increase my capital to help me expand my portfolio. I am looking for advice and to build contacts to help me acheive this project. I am particularly looking for any reputable and trusted sourc
  8. Hey all, I am originally from the UK but I moved back to HK for more than 20 years now. I know I want to do some buy to lets and so far my research points to Liverpool as a promising starting place - combination of cheaper prices and also the popularity of student accommodations seem quite good. Does anybody have any recommendation for sourcers in the area? i am looking at doing my first BTL and it would something that smaller, probably below 100K. Looking to finance it from cash as i read that it's very difficult to get expat mortgages for small properties, and then ma
  9. Hi, has anyone worked with an individual or company who sources properties that need renovation (i.e. to flip) in any of the following areas?: - Northamptonshire - Cambridgeshire - Bedfordshire I'm struggling to find a sourcer who works with people looking to flip properties rather than BTL. Thanks in advance, Abby
  10. Hi! I'm very new to this but excited nonetheless! So my current strategy is sourcing bmv properties and selling straight to investors HOWEVER ... I have not done it before and would really appreciate any help/advice that you may have! In particular I want to establish a small investor list of 3-5, but have no idea where to start/network or even how to present myself Help! Thank you

Merry Christmas and wishing you all a prosperous New Year for 2016 I'm a construction professional living in Sale, Cheshire and currently working in residential Project Management, I have worked in Construction my whole working life and have been in the research phase of my property investment journey for a few months now whilst assembling funds for my first investment property. 2016 is my action year I believe the property market is about to take off and aim to have two properties by the end of the year. As my current job is very demanding I am therefore interested in speaking to property
  12. Hi all. First post, but long time listener to podcast (great job Robs!). I've recently moved to Manchester to invest in property. I'm interested in flips (but will not rule out holding if exceptional cashflow) in order to build investing pot. I travel a lot with work and would struggle to manager a refurb on the ground myself. Also fairly new to investing, and very new to area so need sourcing. If there are people out there interested in JV'ing on flip/s or sourcing with capacity and connections to manager a refurb (with flip in mind), would love to talk. I'd want to work with someone with a s
  13. Hi All, I am currently living in London and looking for a property to flip in the Birmingham/Peterborough/Northampton area. Due to the distance and time required, I am looking for a sourcing agent to help find me a BMV deal. Does anyone have any recommendations of sourcing agents they have used in any of these areas? Thanks in advance Aaron
  14. Hi, I'm Harjit. I have a full-time job and I am looking forward to making a start in property investing. I currently live in a 2 bed flat which I bought in 2013. At that time, I could see the property prices starting to go up and I wanted to ride the wave. So, I bought this flat with a view that by 2016, there would be enough equity build up in this flat that I would be able to: Extract some equity, let it out and use the equity (and extra savings) to buy a bigger house. Fortunately, my flats value has appreciated quite a lot in last two years and I am planning to go ahead with my
