Hello Hubbers, Exciting times, finally done the research got a property shortlist (always expanding though), booked the viewings and expect to start making offers next week. Does anyone have any advice on the actual offer process? My line of thought is make it official and submit a letter rather than only verbal or a simple email. I have written up a template but some further tips/advice would be much appreciated. Stay safe Regards Chris

Hi All This may be a strange request, but are there people who live in Middlesbrough (TS1 area), who can view properties for me (I will organise the appointments) and pay for each viewing? I am looking to buy some BTL properties in Middlesbrough, but the travel time is about 8-9 hours, for a round trip. I think it'll be cheaper to pay someone to do the viewing, on my behalf. I have been thinking of investing my money in Manchester but don't fancy the travel. My question to you all would be would have you ever purchased a buy to let (or anything) without physically seeing it? if Yes what did it take to make you feel easy doing it? If No, Why? Thanks!

Hello fellow hubbers I'm considering going on a spending spree all the way from Australia, and for the life of me can't find any information on how to go about getting help with the viewing process from overseas/remote locations. I know this game is mostly about "who you know", and I know that investors have trusted friends/agents, and part time resources, but how does one locate a trusted source. If any of you have any recommendations, or advice, that would be much appreciated. For what it's worth, I'm looking at Manchester and the other tier 1 regions in the so-called Northern Powerhouse. Hi Guys, I think I'm almost ready to start shopping around for a buy to let property. Looking for any tips? does anyone have anything like a check list that they use with questions etc. I have found a property which has tenants in situ, does anyone have any specifics to watch out for in this example? any tips on the questions I should be asking when this type of arrangement occurs?
