Prop Investor from London - interested in flips

Hi all

Been a subscriber to the podcast for years (keep up the great work Robs) - just signed up to the forum and here is a quick intro.

We have a portfolio of properties (BTL and HMO) in London that we have built over the years - now looking to evaluate flip opportunities in England - and maybe R2R / R2SA (cash flow)

Our current thinking is to Finance the purchase of properties for <250K in hotspots in the UK, adding value and flipping for a Net Profit of 30K min  - building up to 3-4 a year in year 2/3- willing to partner with someone who can bring the expertise of sourcing & refurb - we can manage the finance and legals and split the profits in a fair share.

Would appreciate speaking to someone experienced with flips.

I am a newbie to this site and i'm finding it a very useful well of information, lots of great advice. I am looking to do something very similar to your proposal. I am looking for joint venture opportunities in property where i will be sourcing the properties and trades and renovating the place myself, i just need an investor to fund the project and share in the profits at the end.

 

I am based on the south coast of England and i have just been sent a property that in my opinion is ideal for flipping, very little work needs to be done on the face of it and a deal for the price can be made and the potential profit could be good judging by similar properties that have sold through the estate agents..

 

I would very much like to speak some more about a possible joint venture, if this is something that interests you please get in contact and we can chat some more

I'd also like to get involved in flipping. This would most likely be on a 50/50 financial investment basis joint venture, and would have to be in a good area with solid buyer demand where prices are holding up at the very least and ideally increasing. Very much like the area where I live, in fact.
