We'd love to hear from you if you've taken advice from any Property Hub resources and put them into action - whether that be our podcasts, utilising advice from the forum, our university courses or anywhere else. We've started listening to the podcasts (from the beginning!!) and taking the online courses in order to do some learning before we're at the stage where we can actually put some money down and invest. I've tried to book a meeting with PropertyHub whilst we're in the UK (we're based in Dubai) in a couple of weeks. But I haven't heard back as yet - hopefully someone will get back to me soon!
