Good Letting Agent - Preston

Hi

Does anybody know a good letting agent in Preston?

Also, does anybody have any advice on where/where not to invest in Preston?  I'm looking for my second property, preferably a family home on a standard AST.

In the end I bought something closer to home (Blackpool area) and used the agent I already use.  Preston still interests me but it might be cost prohibitive for a while.  I’m saving for number 3 at the moment and will see what the landscape is like at the end of the year.

I believe Property Hub Lets have somebody in Preston if you’re looking for an agent.

Hi folks,

I'm actually from Preston (currently in Hong Kong!) and have 3 properties currently renting out there.  For all 3 i used Farrell Heyworth who have always been excellent.  Nick Reid who is the Area Lettings Manager is particularly good.  None of my properties have been empty between tenancies for longer than 2 weeks and ultimately i think Preston as an area is a great place in invest with a lot of potential growth.

Does anyone know the student let market in Preston? Thinking of taking on a 3 bed in the Plungington area and sprucing it up a bit to let out.

Did they not build a load of purpose built student accommodation a few years ago?
