Flipping Property on an Expat Mortgage

Hey All,

I wondered if I could get some advice. 

We live in Dubai and we would basically like to invest in a turn-key flip in the UK. When searching for information on mortgages etc all I see is BTL, so is it actually possible to do this from overseas?
