Remote refurb project manager

Hi, 

I'm based in London and looking to potentially do a refurb project in the North. I'm keen to put a project manager/ managing agent in place to monitor and drive the project through to spec and timely completion. Any ideas on where/how one would source such an individual?

Hi, I'm based up in the North East, just seen your post whilst browsing through the forum (for the first time) and thought I would reach out, I run a remedial building business and have very good contacts, knowledge etc of the area, looking to work with a couple of investors who are considering the North East, might be worth a quick chat over the phone to see if this is something that would be mutually beneficial.
