pallavish_13_yahoo_co_uk
Hi, I am a full-time investor with buy to let and HMO portfolio in around & London. I am looking to now expand my portfolio in Coventry. Keen to buy few buy to let property in the area, ideal for families so 2 to 3-bed houses. After initial research fell its best to avoid CV1 & CV2 postcode as they are very student oriented area and the crime rate is also high. Although yield is higher in these areas. I shortlisted a few areas in CV3 & CV5 postcode: Whitley, Cheylesmore, Styvechale, Allesley and Chapelfields. Also had chat with few estate agents but still lack the crucial local KNOWLEDGE!! Will love to connect to other investors living or investing in Coventry to share notes & add value to each others research! Pallavi Sharma Link to comment
DrKidd
Hi Pallavi I'm just starting to look at Coventry. I'm actually targetting the student areas. I think i can offer a better standard HMO that what is commonly available and so hopefully stand out from the crowd of HMO houses. What I'm worried about though is just how many HMO's are for sale. How are you getting on in your research? Feel free to add me on Linkedin; https://uk.linkedin.com/in/dkidd Link to comment
