So I have read or listened to many of the great titles suggested on the Hub and just wondering if anyone can recommend any other titles?

Any topic is good, just as long as its gripping!

Have you tried Buy Low, Rent High by Samuel Leeds. It was actually my second property book I read after Rich Dad, Poor Dad.

Personally would recommend '48 Laws of Power' by Robert Greene.

It's good to read books that have realities in life and values.

I was little bored over the weekend so updated my blog to include the reading list above, with some additional books added since August last year. 

Broken down by entrepreneur and leadership, mindset and property categories and includes a brief one-liner of what the gist of the book was (based on my comprehension).

Personally, I loved The Property Coach by Aran Curry and Awaken the Giant Within by Tony Robbins

my wife and I have been searching for. The type of knowledge here on the forum is superb and needed and is going to help My wife and her kids in our studies several times a week. It is obvious everyone here gained a large amount of expertise concerning the stuff I am interested in and this page and other categories and types of info definitely show it. If you are a fan of detective stories then I highly recommend to have a look at Ben Elton's Time and Time Again. A true masterpiece As a rule this book can be found in fb2 but if you are a Kindle owner you will surely need this converter.
