I'm hopefully just a few months away from embarking on my property investment journey and wondered if anyone had an example investment business plan they would be willing to share? Also, are any straightforward finance courses you would recommend?

I highly recommend creating a customized plan that fits your specific investment goals. As for finance courses, there are many great options, depending on your budget and experience level.

Creating a website and social media pages and practicing with friends and family are great ways to get started. It's also a good idea to create a business plan to help you map out your goals and strategies.

The question being asked is so vague that it’s impossible to provide advice. There is no information at all to start to formulate a plan such as amount of capital available, mortgage and tax status, end goal, other non property investments etc etc.

The property market is currently facing a lot of headwinds regarding tax and regulation, never mind mortgage rates and mortgage viability so anyone looking to start really needs to have a long hard think about what is it they are trying to achieve
