bendrix 0 Posted August 4, 2020 Share Posted August 4, 2020 Hi I've lived in this flat since January and have never even met the landlord let alone live with him though he is claiming I'm a lodger so he can evict me with shorter notice dodging the covid 19 legislation. What can I do. The contract is called a lodgers agreement but he doesn't love in the building I live in Bristol he lives in London. Help Link to post
Guest Posted September 9, 2020 Share Posted September 9, 2020 Hi Bendrix I see no one's replied to you yet. My guess is that if the contract you signed is called a lodger's agreement, then you're a lodger. Do you have an update on this? Have you sought legal advice? Link to post
