fresh investor , North west England, looking for sourcing agent

My name is Jack. As a BNO holder in Hong Kong, I am planning the immigration for my whole family to the North England cities namely Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool and Nottingham in 3 months. After doing some research,  we are interested in investing the property letting and the trading business in the UK. To do that, I need to find some experienced sourcing agents,  who are familiar with the cities I mentioned above.
