Selling my 3 HMO's

Hi All

I'm wanting to sell my 3 HMO's in Sheffield and Doncaster as I have now moved to Norfolk and want to invest locally.

Anybody have any experience in how to gain the best valuation, expertise and finding investors?

All three 100% occupied (18 rooms)

Hi Tina,

I'm looking at investing in HMO's in Doncaster in the coming months. Do you still have yours for sale. Do you have rightmove links etc. that you could share?

I'm also interested in knowing generally what occupancy rates you've had in Doncaster HMO's and if you have any problems with tenants. Also if you have letting agent recommendation that'd be useful.
