leasehold renewal advice

Hi dear Hubbers. Please, could you give me your thoughts on renewing a lease that has 65 years left. There has been a lot of talk about the Government looking to change the whole Leasehold system. Would I be better of just sitting tight and waiting, or go ahead and renew it now when I have the funds available? Also, everyone seems to have a different opinion on the costs. How can I find the best people working on my behalf to know I get the best result.
